This policy explains how Mutual Diary (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use our mobile apps and web services at mdsdiary.co.uk and our API.

Information we collect

• Account details: name, email, role, and password (stored hashed).
• Diary data: meetings, time slots, statuses, and related notes.
• Optional profile photo.
• Device identifier and push notification token (FCM) for login and alerts.
• Crash and usage data via Google Firebase (Crashlytics / Analytics).

How we use it

To run the service, sync your diary, send notifications you enable, keep the platform secure, and fix errors.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We use hosting providers and Google Firebase as processors. See Google’s Privacy Policy.

Retention & security

Data is kept while your account is active. We use HTTPS and access controls. No system is 100% secure.

Your rights
