Delete your Mutual Diary account
Mutual Diary (Android & iOS) · Last updated: 29 October 2026
You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data held by Mutual Diary.
In the mobile app: There is no “Delete my account” button for end users. Deletion is handled by your organisation’s administrator or by email request below (required for Google Play).
How to request deletion
- Email privacy@mdsdiary.co.uk from the same email address registered on your account.
- Use the subject line: Account deletion request.
- Include your full name and organisation (if applicable).
- We will confirm your identity and process the request within 30 days.
Administrator deletion (web or app)
Organisation admins can permanently remove agent accounts:
- Web: sign in at mdsdiary.co.uk → Registered Users → Delete on a user.
- Mobile (Admin role): user management → delete agent (calls the same server API).
This removes the agent user and related meeting data on the server. It is not available to agents for their own account.
What is deleted
- User profile (name, email, role, profile photo).
- Meeting records linked to that user, where applicable.
- Device login association and push notification tokens.
What may be retained
- Short-term backups or security logs, then removed or anonymised where required by law.
- Aggregated statistics that do not identify you.
